At Smart Alloy Mid Scotland we are proud of the work we carry out - we aim to exceed our customer's expectations wherever possible and we aim to provide excellent customer service at all times.

I am really pleased with the result and delighted that the offending 'scrape' is no longer spoiling the appearance of my 'pride and joy'. Facebook - Andy Dear, Menstrie - MG ZT-T - Locking wheel nut removal - "Craig is a miracle worker! I had been trying for two weeks to find someone who could free the seized locking wheel nuts on my MG ZT-T. Many tried and failed but Craig managed it. I am having him over refurbish my alloys next week. Very pleased."

Email - Mrs Lee, Balquhidder - Land Cruiser Colorado - wheels refurbished… “My four wheel drive had looked horrendous for months as the alloys were so corroded, it ruined the look of the whole car. I mentioned it to a friend who told me about Craig. I never realised you could repair alloys and certainly not so they looked like brand new again. Craig is clearly passionate about what he does and I was delighted by the result. My only regret was not finding out about him sooner. The next time my alloys are looking unslightly I will be straight on the phone to Smart Alloy Mid Scotland, excellent service and value for money.”

In early 2011 we sent a survey out to some customers from Jan/Feb & asked them pick from 4 options (failed to meet, met, exceeded, other) how the results of the work we carried out had compared to their expectations. We also asked for comments on our overall customer service plus to add any other comments they wished.  Here’s a selection from the responses we received…

'exceeded expectations' - "What I expected was for the business to arrive late as usual companies do.  However, they arrived 10minutes early – I thought this was excellent as I didn’t have to wait around and could get on with my day.  I was impressed with how quickly the business got back to me with a quote for my wheel.  Phoning the business was not intimidating as I was met by a very friendly and helpful spokesperson.  Overall an excellent service and would recommend to a friend."

'exceeded expectations' - "Never thought such a repair was possible.  Did realise alloy was difficult to work with and your engineer proved a remarkable chap.  A first class excellent service which I intend to recommend to all my friends.  Your engineer was a joy to do business with and very knowledgeable in his trade.  This repair was cheaper than the purchase of a second hand alloy which may have proved a problem and time wasted exercise.  Thank you again for all your assistance."

 

Mr Sinclair, Blackford - Mazda - double buckle repair
'exceeded expectations' - "As the wheel was buckled to both sides, I really didn't hold out much hope for success.  Was pleased with result at handover, then even more so when after later replacing all 4 tyres I found out this repaired wheel was the only one that didn't need rebalanced!  Craig went the extra distance to get this work completed that same day - really appreciated it!  I have his number...."
